KoojLab, ubicado en la sede de San Carlos de Apoquindo desde el 2019, es un laboratorio de dise\u00f1o y prototipado digital especializado en la producci\u00f3n de calzado a nivel nacional e internacional. Su objetivo es optimizar y acelerar la creaci\u00f3n de prototipos, un proceso que actualmente representa uno de los mayores desaf\u00edos en la industria. Para ello, utiliza recursos como el dise\u00f1o 3D y tecnolog\u00edas de prototipado r\u00e1pido.<\/span><\/p>\n

Su misi\u00f3n es minimizar los problemas que pueden surgir durante el intercambio de muestras con productores en China, India o Brasil. Adem\u00e1s, busca proporcionar herramientas m\u00e1s eficaces para la venta y el marketing, mejorando la visualizaci\u00f3n de los productos.<\/span><\/p>\n

El enfoque principal de la investigaci\u00f3n es la aplicaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas de fabricaci\u00f3n digital para mejorar y acelerar la generaci\u00f3n de prototipos. Este proceso es actualmente uno de los mayores obst\u00e1culos en la industria del dise\u00f1o de vestuario, calzado y accesorios, debido a los constantes problemas de interpretaci\u00f3n causados por diferencias de idioma y referencias culturales con productores o proveedores.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Su innovadora metodolog\u00eda permite reducir los costos de env\u00edo de muestras al extranjero, disminuir la huella de carbono en el proceso y acortar el tiempo de desarrollo de un nuevo producto de 60 a 15 d\u00edas.
